Melinda Chernev

I am a compassionate Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with over 15 years of experience specializing in psychiatry. I am dedicated to supporting individuals facing a wide range of mental health conditions, including major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, and other anxiety related disorders.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Central State University in Oklahoma. I furthered my education by obtaining a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from the University of New Mexico, where I developed advanced leadership skills tailored to healthcare setting. I then completed a Master of Science in Nursing as a psychiatric mental health APRN from New Mexico State University.

Combining my extensive education with years of hands-on experience, I provide thoughtful, patient-centered care. I create a supportive environment where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their mental health journey.
