Great to meet you!

I have experience in helping clients cope with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, grief and loss, relationship and family challenges, as well as self-esteem and confidence through an open, safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be expressed freely without fear of judgment. My background includes obtaining my LCSW after receiving my MSSW from the UT with Trauma certification. I have had 10+ years experience working with predominately youth, women, and adults with childhood trauma.

My approach to therapy

I am the Samwise Gamgee to your Frodo journey. I am here to partner with you, support you, and carry necessary tools to help you achieve success of reaching goals, rediscovering purpose or who you want to be, and finding your voice so you're not only heard but truly understood along the way. Sessions with me are like long-time friends catching up over coffee - connecting with ease but willing to challenge while helping you discover your favorite self in any chapter of life you're in.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to be heard and valued. Your voice and feelings matter and you will know that I truly care about you as an individual and want to see you feel successful in the progress you make on your journey while ensuring you're equipped to handle any future setbacks with more confidence and resilience.
