Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed psychologist with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals as they navigate through anxiety, depression, past trauma, chronic sleep issues, and neurodivergent experiences like Autism and ADHD. I’ve worked in a wide range of settings, including community mental health, hospitals, residential care, and a sleep medicine clinic. This diverse experience allows me to tailor therapy to meet your unique needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and action-oriented. I draw from evidence-based methods like CBT and DBT to help you build insight, shift patterns that keep getting in your way, and develop practical tools to support meaningful change. I combine compassion with thoughtful challenges along the way, helping you stay engaged in the process while gently encouraging growth and new perspectives. I especially enjoy working with clients who are neurodivergent or exploring that possibility, as well as those dealing with chronic sleep difficulties.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm and non-judgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and encouraged. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, learn new ways of thinking and behaving to break out of unhelpful patterns, and build practical tools for managing challenges. I provide a safe space to reflect and process, while also encouraging skill-building and growth between sessions.
