What you can expect from me

During your first session, I will try best to understand what brought you in and follow up with questions you share with me in order to make sure I completely understand your history, background, concerns, worries, and etc. These questions allow me to come up with treatment goals to work on together in our following sessions. It is also important that I get your feedback on treatment goals you would like to work on in your treatment. Honesty is key to a successful treatment plan.
