Great to meet you!

Making the decision to seek help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking this first step! My practice is person-centered and grounded in values of empathy, compassion, and resilience. I strive for my clients to feel heard and validated. I feel strongly that prioritizing mental health is a cornerstone of self care; you cannot take care of anyone else if you don't take care of yourself first.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way. My hope is by the end of our time working together that you feel empowered to move forward in your life with confidence.

What you can expect from me

In our first session you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling safe and secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make your goals a reality.
