My name is Melissa Billings. I hold both bachelors and masters degrees in social work and I am licensed as a LCSE/LICSW in Minnesota, Florida, Utah, and Washington St. I have worked with individuals ages 6-60 as well as couples and families.

I provide a safe, affirming space for individuals of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and expressions.

My approach to therapy

Through a blend of evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered techniques, along with personalized strategies tailored to the individual, I have helped clients find success in achieving the goals that they sought therapy for.
