I provide diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of neurodevelopmental and mental health conditions. I strongly believe in a comprehensive approach that isn't just focused on medication management of symptoms.
In our introductory session, you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We'll identify any current challenges or barriers to treatment and set mutual goals for our work together. From there, we'll discuss treatment options, including therapy and medication management if appropriate. I can provide EMDR and CBT therapy for school-aged children, adolescents, and adults.
