Great to meet you!

Are you having issues with: managing moods, substance abuse/addiction, co-occurring disorders, relationship concerns, marital concerns, codependency, domestic abuse/interpersonal violence, Depression/Anxiety, PTSD/trauma? Do you wish to manage symptoms, and learn new and positive ways to cope with stressors in life?

I have been working in the social work field for approximately 12 years now, specializing in working with Intergenerational trauma and Native communities. I have experience in helping individuals cope with PTSD/trauma, and manage mood disorder symptoms. I also have worked within the recovery community, and assisted others in recovery.

I got into the business to help others improve their lives. As a trauma survivor, I have seen how great life can be after healing from traumatic experiences, and moving forward in life. There is light out of the darkness. I hope you take the chance to connect, share, and work with me and allow me to guide you on your journey of healing.

My approach to therapy
