Great to meet you!

As a licensed and trained EMDR therapist, I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive space to help my clients feel seen, heard and be able to work through their trauma. For the last 15 years, I've been committed to empowering individuals to overcome obstacles, and achieve mental and emotional resilience. The goal is to help my clients live happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives. I've worked in a variety of settings, helping to address many different mental health struggles. I'm currently a clinical supervisor at a community health agency and I've been in this position for four years. This role has allowed me to deepen my clinical insight and keeps me engaged with a wide range of presentations, both which have deeply enhanced my skills as a therapist.

My approach to therapy

I take an eclectic approach to therapy, tailoring my methods to meet the unique needs and preferences of each individual. Drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, psychodynamic techniques, and EMDR. I integrate the most effective strategies to support personal growth and healing, while leading with a person-centered approach. My main focuses include anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, life transitions, trauma, and grief.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, develop practical coping strategies, and build emotional resilience in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Through our work together, you will learn the tools needed to navigate challenges with confidence, make positive changes, and cultivate lasting well-being.
