Great to meet you!

I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to understand ourselves without judgment.

Throughout my work as a therapist, I have supported individuals and families in understanding how their early experiences, relationships, and learned patterns can shape the way they experience themselves and others.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in helping you recognize patterns that may no longer serve you. Together, we can explore anxiety, relationship challenges, boundaries, people-pleasing, and the experiences that may be making it difficult to feel secure in yourself and your relationships. I utilize EMDR and Mindfulness CBT.

What you can expect from me

You don’t have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. My goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported as you develop greater self-understanding, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and move toward meaningful change.

You deserve support that honors both what you’ve been through and the possibilities ahead of you.
