Great to meet you!

I've been working in this field over 11 years. I received my masters degree in 2013 and have obtained multiple trainings and certifications since then to best help the clients I work with.

I have experience working in Community Mental Health and private practice along with working for the military.

I really enjoy helping the LGBTQIA+ community, working with other therapists, helping those with chronic issues including health, pain and life stressors. I love helping people live their best lives.

My approach to therapy

I provide a safe, warm environment that is affirming and uses humor to connect and build rapport. I believe in a relaxed environment to try and take pressures off the client. I am very eclectiv, using multiple approaches from EMDR, informed DBT, CBT, Exposure therapy and humanistic hollistic practices.

What you can expect from me

I want clients to feel heard and validated. To feel that they have a person in their lives who will support them and help them navigate life's stressors, question or challenge them when needed but also be a supporter and cheerleader when they need one.
