Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Louisiana and South Carolina. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, abuse, grief, and family issues. My goal in counseling is to meet you where you are and help you move to where you want to be. I practice from a perspective of compassion, acceptance, and love. I believe it takes courage to journey through the counseling process, and I recognize that change is neither easy nor painless. I hope my clients feel safe, secure, and open as we begin working together.

My approach to therapy

I tailor my approach to each client's needs, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy to help achieve their goals. Change can be daunting, but I'm here to support you as we work together to find hope and create a positive transformation in your life.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we’ll explore what the client hopes to achieve from counseling, address any misconceptions regarding counseling, and allow time for questions. This session focuses on building rapport and collaborating with the client, as each individual is unique, and it’s important to understand what matters most to them.
