Great to meet you!

Welcome! Do you find yourself worrying more often? Or have you had trouble navigating life after bad things happen? Or even good things? I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10+ years of experience working with teens, adults and families to support them during difficult times. I can help individuals and families who are experiencing stress associated with trauma, adjustment to big life changes, overwhelming worries, or sadness using strategies that can ground you and help you find your path forward. Let's work together to help you find meaning and satisfaction in your every day life, even when things are hard.

We will start by identifying your strengths, needs and personal goals. I will listen with an open mind as you work towards healing and wellness. Using my training in evidenced based practices listed below, we will use treatments that fit your needs.
