My approach to therapy

********This provider is NOT a therapist*******

I would describe myself as collaborative when it comes to the provider/client relationship. My goal is to be "partners in treatment", making treatment related decisions together.

I take the opportunity to explore available treatments, evidence based recommendations, the client's preferences, and answer any questions clients may have.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for clients to be completely comfortable with their treatment plan, whether or not medications are part of it. Medications are an option for managing symptoms, but many clients can improve without them.
