Great to meet you!

I believe therapy works best when both the client and therapist can show up as their authentic selves. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and safe enough to explore the parts of your life that feel heavy, confusing, or stuck. I show up with honesty, warmth, and curiosity, and I invite you to do the same.

While I bring my training and experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Work and Advocate, what truly guides my work is the relationship we build together. I see therapy as a collaborative process where your voice, values, and lived experience lead the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates EMDR, attachment-based therapy, psychodynamic exploration, and individualized strategies for growth and resilience. I also ground my practice in a de-colonial lens, honoring culture, identity, and lived experience as central to the healing process.

What you can expect from me

Together, we’ll work not just on symptom relief, but on deeper transformation, building self-trust, strengthening relationships, and helping you move through the world with more freedom and authenticity.
