Great to meet you!

I have been a licensed clinician for almost 20 years. We are living in unprecedented times and conditions are ideal for issues to rise and need tending to. Symptoms of depression and anxiety are clues from the body that the existing state is no longer sustainable. I view this as an opportunity. My role is to assist in navigating this journey with you and to help normalize the emotions that accompany this courageous work.

My approach to therapy

My background and education is trauma informed. My goal is to assist each client in revealing childhood wiring and patterns that are creating difficulties in present time. The intent is to allow authenticity and agency to emerge from unconscious reactions and behaviors.

What you can expect from me

I am committed to providing a warm, safe and comfortable environment. I want to hear your story and what you hope to take away from your therapy experience. This will be a collaborative journey. The progress is often gradual yet meaningful. I am honored to accompany my clients on their path of psychological growth, emotional healing and transformation.
