Great to meet you!

Like my clients, I wear many hats and those different perspectives keep my sense of humor sharp. My approach is eclectic to address various problems in a way that matches clients' needs and preferences. By attending to cultural and individual differences, I welcome each person as a whole person. When not counseling, I'm a counselor educator and spiritual director.

My approach to therapy

I aim to meet you where you are and help you map where you'd like to be. I want to help clients build or rebuild healthy, resilient connections--at home, at work, and wherever they engage people they care about. Relationship issues include parenting education, blended families, sexuality, and spirituality. I work with individuals, couples, and families.

What you can expect from me

I'm known for my sense of humor and the ability to listen with curiosity and compassion.
