Hi! I'm Melissa! I support individuals through life transitions, grief and bereavement, anxiety, and exploring different coping skills to manage stressors. I also work with individuals diagnosed with chronic or terminal illness; In addition to supporting caregivers manage a loved one’s diagnosis.

I support clients in identifying their strengths, support systems, and goals to help overcome loss, life transitions and changes. I use various techniques and treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral theory (DBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Solution-focused, and strengths-based approaches.
