Great to meet you!

I aim to provide a safe and empowering space to explore the questions about yourself that may have long felt confusing, overlooked, or pushed aside- by others or even by yourself.

As a neurodivergent therapist, I work with individuals who identify as highly sensitive, neurodiverse, and/or navigating chronic pain and health-related challenges. In my practice, I utilize client-centered, neuro-affirmative approaches that allow clients to feel deeply validated. By integrating parts work, EMDR, and I-CBT, I help clients not only understand their internal world, but also use that insight to shift patterns that feel stuck or overwhelming.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to help you understand long-standing patterns while also guiding you toward meaningful and lasting change. From time to time, I may recommend movies, articles, or books to help deepen insight and support growth outside of sessions.

As a clinician, I value authenticity, uniqueness, and humor, and strive to create a space where you feel fully human and safe to explore new patterns of thinking and behavior.

What you can expect from me

From the first session, I begin gathering detailed background information to develop a clear understanding of the patterns and “parts” that are impacting your current level of functioning. In sessions two and three, we focus on identifying the most prominent patterns and parts that are creating the greatest obstacles for you right now.

As therapy progresses, we will deepen your understanding of these patterns, while also working together to develop a clear, intentional path toward meaningful change.
