Great to meet you!

Are you naturally introspective, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, your relationships and your inner world? Have you dealt with unique challenges in your life such as neurodiversity, chronic pain, or being "too sensitive?"

As a neurodivergent clinician, I work with neurodivergent women who are looking to explore these questions so that they can approach their lives from a more confident and grounded sense of self. While I mainly operate from a client-centered, attachment based approach, I also use parts work/IFS, EMDR, I-CBT, and somatic exercises to work through parts and beliefs that may have left you feeling stuck.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to help you understand long-standing patterns while also guiding you toward meaningful and lasting change. From time to time, I may recommend movies, articles, or books to help deepen insight and support growth outside of sessions.

As a clinician, I value authenticity, uniqueness, and humor, and strive to create a space where you feel fully human and safe to explore and work on old beliefs and patterns.

What you can expect from me

From our first session, I begin gathering background information to develop a clear understanding of the patterns and "parts" that are impacting your current level of functioning. As therapy progresses, we will work together to identify impactful patterns and belief systems that will allow us to develop a general direction and plan for treatment.

Over the course of treatment, we will work collaboratively to deepen your understanding of these patterns to help you create meaningful and lasting change.
