I genuinely love what I do and consider it an honor to be part of each client’s healing process. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and real. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a safe, judgment-free space where you can be yourself. I value authenticity and connection, and I’m not afraid to bring a little humor into the room when it helps lighten the load.
I work with kids, teenagers, and adults, and see therapy as a collaborative process where we explore challenges, uncover patterns, and build on strengths. You don’t have to have it all figured out before you start—that’s what we’ll work through together. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling supported, empowered, and seen.
Using an individualized, strengths-based approach, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Play Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to meet clients where they are. Whether you’re a parent seeking help for your child, a teen feeling overwhelmed, or an adult ready for change, we’ll work together to build insight, self-acceptance, and meaningful growth.
Clients working with me can expect compassion, authenticity, a little humor, and practical tools that can be used both in and outside of the therapy office. I draw from evidence-based approaches and tailor treatment to meet your unique needs and goals.
My style is collaborative and supportive—I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership. Each session is designed to help you feel heard, understood, and equipped with strategies that foster healing and personal growth. Therapy isn’t always easy, but you won’t have to face it alone. I’ll be right there with you every step of the way.
