Great to meet you!

You may look like you’re managing life well, but inside you feel exhausted, irritable, or emotionally disconnected. I work with women who have been holding it all together for a long time and are tired of pushing through. Many of my clients are navigating burnout, anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, or chronic stress. Often, there’s a quiet sense of resentment, guilt, or numbness that doesn’t make sense given everything they’ve “done right.” They’re thoughtful, capable women who want therapy that goes deeper than surface-level coping skills.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends evidence-based therapy such as MCBT with somatic, mind-body, and trauma-informed tools like somatic movement, energy work, rituals, oracle cards, and mindfulness. Whether you’re seeking structure, healing, or space to be witnessed, our work will center your needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a gentle beginning, a chance for us to slow down and get to know one another.

We’ll spend time exploring what brings you to therapy, your personal history, and what you hope to shift or heal.

Together, we’ll talk through your goals, preferences, and what feels most supportive for you right now — whether that’s a traditional talk therapy approach, energy work like Reiki, somatic grounding, mindfulness, or a blend of both clinical and holistic tools.

You’ll have space to ask questions, share openly, and notice how it feels to be in the space with me. Therapy is a deeply relational process — and that first session is about seeing if our energies align and if the connection feels right for the work ahead.

By the end of our time, you’ll have a clearer sense of what our sessions might look like and how we can co-create a path forward that feels safe, empowering, and tailored to your needs.
