Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health therapist with a lot of experience working with adolescents and adults, women, minorities, and anyone who identifies as part of the LGBTQIA+ community. I am passionate about supporting others heal from trauma, disordered eating and body image issues, and navigating the challenges that arise in life.

My approach to therapy

I am an energetic, compassionate, and open minded therapist. I believe that you are the expert in your life and I love to be a support as you figure out how to be your truest and most authentic version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

Our first time meeting will be us getting to know each other, creating understanding about goals in therapy, covering some boring but necessary paperwork, and you helping me to understand the struggles you are facing and bringing into therapy.
