Great to meet you!

With over 14 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, caregivers, and executive teams, I bring a wealth of expertise and a deeply compassionate approach to our work together. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, licensed bodywork therapist, energy-work facilitator, and Reiki Master Teacher, I integrate a wide range of healing modalities to address both emotional and physical challenges.

My approach to therapy

By combining somatic and cognitive tools, we’ll identify triggers, unpack the false stories your mind tells you, and create a personalized plan with practical techniques to manage anxiety effectively. You’ll develop strategies to calm your body and mind, reducing stress and overwhelm. Using body-based practices alongside CBT, we’ll address depression’s emotional and physical components. Together, we’ll work to restore balance and reconnect with hope, joy, and purpose while building sustainable self-care practices. You’ll develop assertive communication skills and set healthy boundaries, both with yourself and others, to improve your relationships and quality of life. Every session will focus on understanding challenges and crafting an “actions I can take right now” plan to create meaningful, immediate progress.

What you can expect from me

Our work together is all about you. We'll collaborate to identify where you want to be in a month, six months, or a year and design strategies to help you get there. By integrating somatic interventions, cognitive approaches, and mindfulness, you’ll not only think your way through challenges but also feel empowered in your body and life.
