Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor with over 15 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, substance use concerns, and major life changes. I enjoy working with clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or simply know that something in their life needs to change. My goal is to provide a space where you can be yourself while working toward meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be supportive, practical, and tailored to the individual rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care based on your needs. We’ll work together to understand patterns, challenge thoughts that may be keeping you stuck, and develop healthier ways of coping with difficult emotions and situations.

What you can expect from me

You can expect me to be genuine, compassionate, and straightforward. I’ll listen without judgment, but I’ll also encourage you to look at things from different perspectives and challenge patterns that may no longer be working for you. Therapy with me is collaborative—we’ll identify what matters most to you and work toward realistic changes that improve your everyday life.
