Great to meet you!

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 12 years of experience working in the field of mental health. My journey began as a psychiatric nurse, where I spent a decade supporting individuals and families through some of their most challenging times. For the past two years, I have been practicing as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, providing comprehensive care that includes both therapy and medication management.

My approach is compassionate, patient-centered, and collaborative. I believe that healing begins with feeling heard and understood, and I am here to listen, support, and guide you in building a healthier, more balanced life. Whether you are navigating stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, or other mental health concerns, I work alongside you to create a treatment plan tailored to your needs and goals.

In our work together, you can expect a safe and non-judgmental space where your experiences are valued and your growth is supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is holistic, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe that every person’s story is unique, and treatment works best when it is tailored to the individual. I take the time to listen carefully, understand your concerns, and work with you to create a plan that addresses both immediate needs and long-term goals.

I combine evidence-based treatments—including therapy, lifestyle guidance, and medication management when appropriate—with a supportive and non-judgmental environment. My goal is to empower you, help you build on your strengths, and walk alongside you as you work toward improved mental health and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave each session feeling heard, supported, and better equipped to manage life’s challenges. My goal is to provide a safe space where you can openly share your concerns without judgment. Together, we work on practical tools, coping strategies, and insights that help you build confidence, improve emotional well-being, and move closer to your personal goals.

Over time, clients often notice a greater sense of clarity, improved coping skills, and the confidence to make positive changes in their lives.
