Great to meet you!

Greetings! Dr. Melody Mosley here. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arkansas and Missouri, with 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, impulsivity, and emotional regulation. I have a genuine heart and passion for walking alongside individuals on their healing journey, helping them find hope, healing, and growth along the way.

My approach to therapy

I am an empathetic and compassionate therapist who brings a warm, laid-back approach to counseling while staying fully invested in your healing and growth. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, free to share your experiences without judgment. I tailor my approach to your unique needs, using a variety of therapeutic techniques to support you as you navigate life’s challenges and move toward healing and wholeness.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I want you to feel welcome and comfortable from the very beginning. In our first session, you can expect a safe, judgment-free space to share your concerns, express your feelings, and explore what you hope to gain from therapy. My goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and supported as we begin working together toward healing, growth, and a greater sense of well-being.
