I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and board-certified clinical mental health counselor (CCMHC) who pursued this passion after 10 years in marketing and sales for the hospitality industry. I see adults and couples for individual counseling and marriage counseling. I specialize in phase of life challenges, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders.
I believe that we are the experts of our lives thus I maintain a neutral position. We work together so that the client can determine their personal values that are the motivation for each decision they make. Their values are also their motivation for any changes they intend to make to improve their emotional and mental wellbeing. My goal in each session is to provide clients the space to process, consider, and unpack their emotions, which is essential to therapeutic progress.
