Great to meet you!

Great to meet you. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 20 years of experience supporting adults through life’s most challenging transitions. I specialize in working with individuals navigating caregiver stress, dementia, trauma, aging, neurodivergence, chronic illness, and grief. Much of my work has focused on helping people feel less alone during overwhelming seasons, including developing award-winning programs for dementia caregivers.

Clients often come to me when they’re feeling stretched thin, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. I create a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and begin to make sense of what you’re carrying. My approach is grounded in empathy, practical tools, and a deep respect for your lived experience and strengths.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, flexible, and tailored to you. I believe therapy should feel safe and collaborative, not clinical or rigid. I integrate your personal history, environment, and strengths to help you better understand yourself and move forward with more clarity and confidence.

Whether you’re navigating caregiving, neurodivergence, trauma, chronic illness, or major life changes, I’ll meet you where you are. I also bring a bit of humor and lightness into our work when it feels right, because healing doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk through what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and what support might look like moving forward. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out, this is your space.

I focus on creating an environment where you feel comfortable being open, while also offering gentle guidance and direction. We’ll move at your pace, build trust, and start identifying small, meaningful steps toward feeling better.
