Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting adolescents and adults through a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. My background includes working in inpatient psychiatric hospitals, emergency and crisis settings, schools, child welfare, and community-based behavioral health. I earned my Master of Social Work from the Union University and currently continuing my education through doctoral-level studies in behavioral health.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is supportive, practical, and collaborative. I incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, coping-skills development, and trauma-informed care while tailoring treatment to the individual. I believe therapy should be a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself while also being challenged to recognize patterns, build healthier coping skills, and make meaningful changes.

What you can expect from me

Whether you are navigating a difficult season, trying to better understand yourself, or simply looking for support as you work toward personal goals, my role is to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be.
