Great to meet you!

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is focused on assisting clients in navigating the complexities of identity, systemic oppression, and mental health challenges like anxiety, trauma, or self-esteem issues. My clients are seeking a safe, affirming space to heal and grow. They want support that validates their experiences and helps them build tools to thrive—whether by setting boundaries, embracing self-love, or reclaiming their power. Ultimately, they seek to feel seen and understood while creating a life that aligns with their values, passions, and dreams.

What you can expect from our first session

In our first session we will spend time getting to know each other, figuring out what your needs are, going over my requirements as a provider and beginning to develop our space together.

From the first session I am focused on empowering clients to find joy, embrace enoughness, and feel at home in a world that can be hostile to their existence.

My focus is to offer an affirming space to heal, grow, and thrive. My goal is to help clients define their worth, reclaim their power, and make choices that align with who they truly are.
