Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome to my world of therapy! I’m originally from NY, and have made my way south for a more relaxed lifestyle. I received my masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from South University- High Point. My career began at a partial hospitalization program, where I encountered virtually all diagnoses. I then contracted with a mental health facility as an individual/couples/family counselor. I’m now transitioning into my own private practice and I’m excited to meet my new clients!

A bit about my approach to therapy

My style is very dynamic; I do not fit into a particular box. Everyone’s needs are unique and should be treated as such.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to walk away from sessions feeling better than when they arrived! My therapeutic environment provides a space that promotes self care, motivation and tools to help clients deal with daily life stressors.
