I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with four years of experience providing comprehensive mental health care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I hold a Master of Science in Nursing and am currently pursuing my Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, trauma related conditions, and ADHD. I provide medication management integrated with supportive psychotherapy, using a collaborative and evidence informed approach to help clients achieve stability and improved quality of life.

I work closely with clients to understand their concerns, set realistic goals, and develop individualized treatment plans that may include medication management and supportive psychotherapy.
