Great to meet you!

I'm rooting for you as you take this step in your healing journey. You are worth it! I'm a licensed professional counselor with over 15 years of experience providing psychotherapy to youth and adults. I'm ready to support you by integrating mind-body techniques to increase emotional regulation, process trauma and reduce distress caused by uncontrollable anxiety, life changes and transitions, depression, and other acute symptoms.

My approach to therapy

I use somatic based techniques as well as CBT and ACT strategies to help you increase your overall mental wellbeing and experience relief from symptoms of anxiety, trauma, depression, PTSD, life stressors and transitions.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we will complete an evaluation/assessment of your current needs, strengths, resources, and history of functioning. We will also engage in a thorough exploration of your current challenges and symptoms, laying the groundwork for a personalized therapeutic approach. We will work together to determine if services are appropriate, what ongoing sessions may look like, and discuss clear and attainable therapeutic goals.
