Great to meet you!

One of the most exciting things I have learned as a therapist, is that we will grow and change throughout our lives, from childhood all the way through elder years. My practice focuses on helping individuals, couples and families navigate the challenges of healing and supporting growth and change. Many clients want to work on grief, relationship issues or transition to a new stage of life and want skills to manage that change. I have and understanding and expertise in these challenges and have supported clients as they address complicated family issues, substance use challenges, anxiety and trauma history.
