Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m a dedicated and compassionate professional committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and build meaningful, lasting change. My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices.

I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. I hold a strong academic foundation in my field and have completed extensive training in therapeutic techniques that address a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, and life transitions. I continue to engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest research and best practices.

My approach to therapy

My work integrates approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and solution-focused techniques, allowing me to tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals. I believe that each person’s story is different, and therapy should reflect that individuality.

What you can expect from me

n our first session, you can expect a welcoming, relaxed, and nonjudgmental environment where your comfort and sense of safety are a priority. This initial meeting is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship.

We’ll start by discussing what brings you to therapy, any current challenges you’re facing, and what you hope to gain from the process. I may ask questions about your personal history, lifestyle, and past experiences to better understand the full picture, but you are always free to share at your own pace.

Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals—whether that’s managing anxiety, improving relationships, navigating a life transition, or simply gaining more clarity about your thoughts and emotions. I’ll also explain how I work, including the approaches I use, so you have a clear sense of what to expect moving forward.

By the end of the session, you can expect to have a better understanding of how we might work together, some initial direction for your goals, and a space where you feel heard and supported. My aim is for you to leave feeling comfortable, respected, and hopeful about the journey ahead.
