Great to meet you!

I work with high-functioning women navigating burnout, anxiety, and life transitions. They often feel overwhelmed, overextended, and stuck in patterns of overthinking or people-pleasing. In our work together, I provide a supportive, direct space focused on practical strategies to help them set boundaries, reduce stress, and regain clarity and confidence in their lives.

My approach to therapy

I understand the courage it takes to begin therapy. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can gain clarity & begin making meaningful changes. I specialize in working with high-functioning women experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout, and life transitions. Using CBT and mindfulness, I offer practical strategies to help you reduce overthinking.

What you can expect from me

When you complete a session with me you should expect to feel reflective, open and excited for positive change. You should feel confident in your ability to thrive, overcome and grow from any issue that life has presented to you. Overall, you should expect to feel supported by me as you process your healing.
