I believe we all have a gift. As Picasso stated: “The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away”. My passion is guiding others toward that journey of continued self-discovery: working through the impasses, the resistance to personal growth.
My desire is to set a safe & trusting space for exploration of underlying emotions, creating an increased understanding of one's self.....always with a focus on breathwork, mindfulness, & the positive effects of Nature on mental health.
My intention in a therapeutic session is to have an up-lifting experience, move toward hope & inspiration, working through the challenges in life.
