Great to meet you!

Let's work together to overcome life's challenges. As a therapist, I am here to help you find solutions to your problems. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, grief, loss, and or managing life stressors, I am here to help you find solutions to your unique needs.

We will work together to identify goals in our time together, working on an individualized road map that promotes your recovery.

I am a strength based therapist, who readily embraces solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing.

I have over 17 years of experience treating persons struggling with severe and persistent behavioral health challenges, with significant experience treating complex trauma, depression, and co-occurring disorders.

No one should have to navigate life's challenges alone, we will work together to address your problems as we move towards stabilization.

My approach to therapy

Person centered approach, genuine, cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, DBT strategies, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution focused interventions will be utilized
