Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker licensed in Minnesota and Arizona, with more than ten years of experience supporting clients through trauma, adoption-related experiences, and a wide range of life challenges. I am adoption competent, credentialed through the CASE Foundation and Training in Adoption Competency program, and certified through the University of Minnesota’s Center for Advanced Studies in Child Welfare. I bring specialized knowledge and a compassionate, collaborative presence to help you feel understood and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, body-aware, and grounded in curiosity. I invite you to notice what is happening in your body as we explore your experiences together. I am an engaging and dynamic therapist who stays present with you as we work toward clarity, resolution, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy and begin identifying the concerns you’d like to address. We’ll work together at a pace that feels comfortable, with openness and respect for your story. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward a better life. Schedule a session to get started.
