Great to meet you!

I love being a therapist. It allows me to take care of service members, veterans, their families, and non-military individuals in an entirely different manner than I was able to before I left active duty in the Army. My overall goal is to help you become the healthiest individual – mentally and emotionally – that you can be.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is honest, authentic, and non-judgmental.

What you can expect from me

As your therapist, I am not your friend or family. Friends and family have a vested interest in making sure you are happy. Therapists have a vested interest in making sure you are as healthy as possible.

I am here to make sure you end up as healthy as possible – both mentally and emotionally. Sometimes that means being real with you in ways others shy away from. Ultimately, we're both looking towards the goal of you being able to say "I don't need to see you anymore, Michael."
