As an individual who struggled with alcohol addiction, depression and anxiety, my life experiences, as well as my education and faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of my life, have provided me with the opportunity to serve those who are struggling with life. Everyone has life struggles. I am prepared to help individuals and couples learn how to live life amidst struggles, such as; depression, addiction, worry, financial stress, or marriage difficulties. I am blessed and honored to be in a position to use the gifts God has entrusted me with to serve others.

My approach to therapy

I am prepared to partner with the client and utilize numerous therapy modalities such as CBT, EMDR therapy, Motivational Interviewing and REBT to name a few, in order to achieve agreed upon goals of the client.
