Great to meet you!
Hi! I'm Michael. I have always been drawn to the question of what helps people keep going, even in the middle of pain, uncertainty, or change. Before becoming a therapist, I served as a Marine, an experience that shaped my understanding of service, resilience, responsibility, and the weight people can carry while still showing up for others.
My work as a therapist is rooted in the belief that people are not defined only by what has happened to them, but also by the meaning they create, the choices they make, and the direction they choose to move toward.
Through this lens, I help clients explore purpose, values, responsibility, and resilience, especially during seasons when life feels overwhelming, unfair, or difficult to understand. I am especially passionate about supporting first responders, veterans, service members, and others in high-stress roles who may be used to carrying pressure quietly or putting the needs of others before their own.
