Great to meet you!

Life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next. Sometimes you know exactly what's bothering you. Other times, life may look fine from the outside, but something just doesn't feel right. You don't need to be in crisis—or even know exactly what you want to change—to benefit from therapy.

I believe therapy should feel like an honest conversation with someone who genuinely listens, understands, and is willing to challenge you when needed. My role isn't to tell you how to live your life or push you toward changes you're not ready to make. Instead, we'll work together to understand what's happening, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and find practical ways to help you move forward.

I work with people from all walks of life facing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, anger, relationship challenges, grief, substance use, sleep difficulties, major life transitions, and questions about meaning or direction. Every person's story is different, which is why I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. We'll build on your strengths and tailor our work to your experiences, personality, and goals.

As a Marine Corps combat Veteran and former VA clinician, I also have a special connection to Veterans, service members, first responders, and others who have experienced trauma or high-stress environments. That background is part of who I am and how I approach this work, but I open my door for everyone. You don't need a military background, a particular diagnosis, or a certain type of problem to belong here.

Most importantly, you can show up as yourself. You don't need to have the right words, know exactly what's wrong, or have everything figured out before reaching out. We'll start where you are and work toward where you want to be.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded, honest, and collaborative. I draw from logotherapy, EMDR, ACT, CBT, and CBT-I to support healing, resilience, emotional regulation, improved sleep, and meaningful forward movement.

What you can expect from me

In therapy, we will take a clear look at what is happening, what is getting in the way, and what needs to change. My role is to help you make sense of your experiences, identify patterns that are no longer serving you, build practical tools for daily life, and reconnect with the values and purpose that can guide your next steps.
