I am an avid gamer whether it be video games or table top role playing i find joy in challenging myself as well collaborating with others. I have worked in the mental health field since 2012. I believe wholeheartedly in the human experience and strive to live by the motto of "Know Thy Self"

I approach therapy from a place of curiosity and strive to foster an inclusive environment.

The first session is an opportunity for us to identify where we
