My goal is to assist others in addressing their challenges and living their best lives.

My approach focuses on compassion, acceptance, and finding hope through the difficulties in life. I use theoretical approaches that reflect my style, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Attachment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy.
