Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a licensed clinical social worker with experience working with adults in outpatient and intensive outpatient settings. I specialize in addressing symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and relational difficulties.

My approach to therapy

I customize my therapeutic approach for each individual client, drawing on a diverse range of resources to best meet their unique needs. My methods include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help process trauma, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to foster psychological flexibility and mindfulness, somatic work to address the mind-body connection, and parts work to explore and integrate different aspects of the self. This multifaceted approach allows me to support clients in a holistic manner, promoting healing and personal growth tailored specifically to their circumstances.

What you can expect from me

Engaging in conversations with a therapist can unlock a wealth of tools and resources to help individuals navigate the complexities of life. I am committed to creating a welcoming, affirming, and judgment-free space where people can explore their thoughts and feelings. In this supportive environment, individuals are encouraged to grow, discover their strengths, and flourish amidst life’s inevitable ups and downs.
