Approaches to therapy vary depending upon the specific needs and personality differences of the individual, and practices with an empathetic perspective. Among the therapeutic methods used are Reality, Play, Artistic, Humanistic, Psychoanalytic, Positive Psychological, Solution Oriented, Mindfulness, and Spiritual therapies, among others;

Efforts to help the individual will be based on an altruistic and empathetic approach that allows the individual to evolve under the provision of insight and guidance. Individual should come away from intial session with an understanding of the processes guidelines, bounderies, and a sense of hope for positive outcomes as we progress.
