Great to meet you!
I believe meaningful change begins with creating a therapeutic environment where individuals feel heard, respected, understood, and supported.
As a Clinical Social Worker, I work with individuals experiencing emotional, behavioral, interpersonal, and life challenges that may interfere with their day-to-day functioning and overall quality of life. My goal is to help clients identify barriers, recognize their strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward meaningful and achievable change.
My professional experience has provided me with opportunities to work with diverse populations and individuals facing a variety of life circumstances. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and families, including youth involved in foster care, youth involved with the juvenile justice system, and young people navigating behavioral concerns, school challenges, family difficulties, life transitions, and the everyday pressures of growing up.
I understand that every person enters therapy with a unique story. Respecting an individual's experiences, challenges, culture, values, and personal strengths is essential to developing a safe and productive therapeutic relationship.
