Great to meet you!

Often, we expect far too much from ourselves. Clients are invited into a space without expectation and where they are free to be themselves, without fear of judgement or misunderstanding. We can sometimes struggle to find space to hold compassion for ourselves amidst our roles (parent, spouse, manager, executive).

My approach to therapy

I specialize in treating LGBT concerns (individual and relationship), and augment my practice with specialized training in transgender care. I also have extensive experience working with BDSM practitioners and those in poly relationships. Additionally, I work with family members around issues of caregiver fatigue and chronic mental illness.

What you can expect from me

Adults build self-compassion along with freedom of authentic expression. Relationships (one or more) bring down barriers and see each other anew. LGBTQ+ people can be comfortable sitting with a therapist who belongs to their community, can identify with many shared struggles and triumphs and understands the needs of queer people.
