Great to meet you!

I graduated with my Doctor of Psychology degree in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. I am a licensed psychologist and I have been in the field for over 20 years. I primarily work with people experiencing anxiety, depression and PTSD. I focus on adults and use humanistic and cognitive-behavioral techniques to help achieve their goals.

My approach to therapy

“Life happens” to us all, and when it does isn’t it wise to reach out for help? I strongly believe that reaching out for help is the wisest thing a person can do. Helping people develop coping skills, change unhealthy patterns, and achieve their goals is my passion.

What you can expect from me

Clients often tell me that their first session "wasn't as nearly bad as I thought it would be." My hope for a first session is one where we both have a chance to get to know each other, identify your goals, and a way to achieve them.
