Great to meet you!

I have spent the past 10 years working with behavioral health clients from diverse backgrounds, needs and ages. I have studied under some of the finest psychologists, psychiatrists, and therapists from across the country in a variety of settings. I continue to work with children and adolescents in the acute care setting and have worked with adults in acute, restorative, and geriatric settings. I find each individual to have unique needs and seek to provide the most efficacious approach to identify and achieve their goals.

My approach to therapy

I provide a person-centered, strength-based approach that empowers clients to discover and express their treatment goals. I seek solutions in the best interests of my client while also challenging them to achieve the best version of themselves. I build trust through a compassionate and sincere therapeutic bond.

What you can expect from me

I get to know my clients and provide an opportunity for them to get to know me. I want to provide a safe environment free of judgement. I feel it is important to move at a pace that is comfortable for the client while keeping the therapy moving in an overall progressive direction.
